Inspection: LARC will visit your location for verification.
Payment: Wait for a call/text before settling the fee.
Installation: Water meter will be installed within 2–3 weeks after payment.
Residential: ₱7,800 (with title) | ₱8,300 (no title)
Commercial: ₱7,800 (with title) | ₱11,300 (no title)
Reconnection
Get your Statement of Account (SOA) from the Laguna Aquatech office.
Pay all unpaid bills plus the reconnection fee of ₱280.00.
Your water will be reconnected within 24 hours after payment.
Yes, the reconnection fee is ₱280.00, on top of all unpaid balances.
Disconnection
Your line will be disconnected after two (2) months of unpaid bills.
Yes. All unpaid bills must be settled first. Disconnection will be completed within 24 hours after the request.
If a line remains disconnected for five (5) years, the water meter will be pulled out (meter pull-out).

At the Laguna Aquatech Office — 5524 Manila South Rd, Brgy. Maahas, Los Baños | Mon–Fri 7AM–4PM, Sat 8AM–12PM
Via GCash — Bills → Water Utilities → Laguna Aquatech → enter exact amount, account number, and name → save receipt
No. GCash is not accepted on or after the due date. If your bill is due today or overdue, pay in-person (walk-in) at the Laguna Aquatech Office to avoid disconnection.
GCash payments take 3 business days to reflect.
A surcharge or penalty will be added. Continued non-payment for 2 months may result in service disconnection.
